Chaitali is a dedicated feminist and gender-based violence case worker with over 18 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health rights, gender justice, and laws surrounding violence against women.

She brings deep expertise in qualitative research, community engagement, and leading youth and women's rights programs across multiple states. Her work focuses on access to safety in public spaces, sexual harassment prevention, and legal empowerment.

Starting her career at Jagori, Chaitali has been instrumental in courtroom case work, counseling, legal aid, and empowering women through support groups. She's well-versed in the legal framework of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDV Act).
