She has led MERL portfolios for implementing and funding organizations, managing programs, grantees, and large teams. Her expertise spans building capacities, developing evidence-based campaigns, and creating user-friendly knowledge management products.

Bindu has worked across a variety of thematic areas such as human rights, public health, livelihood, disaster response, and education. She is well-versed in Result Based Management, Theory of Change, and Participatory Rural Appraisal techniques. She regularly writes and presents at conferences, contributing to the broader knowledge base of the impact community.
